As part of the Perfect Opposure Tour, we supported Klangphonics with a timecode- and recipe-based AV show. The tour included numerous sold-out headline dates as well as festival appearances across Europe and North America, Africa, and Asia.
We were responsible for the tour’s lighting concept—from concept development, planning, and programming to onsite operation and setup in combination with the local lighting rig. The floor package also included our special effects in the form of ECO2JETs to elevate key moments of the live show.
Due to transport weight limits and tight onsite build times, we chose the H.O.F Alutec POST dollies. Together with matching U-frames (or the U-Frame 80 depending on the venue), a prepared setup could be built very quickly and struck back into a load-ready state. The dollies served as both stage elements and transport cases.
Because venue requirements varied widely, the setup was continuously adapted. In addition to our own equipment, we also managed dry-hire gear and integration into existing productions.
A highlight of the tour was Lovestream Festival in Bratislava, where the scalability and consistency of the lighting concept could be proven at festival scale.
Shows were programmed and operated on our grandMA3 light.
